Olek Bondonio Barbaresco Starderi 2023 is a wine that perfectly represents, on one hand, the elegance and, on the other, the structure of Starderi, one of the Additional Geographical Mentions that I like most, perhaps because it is always overshadowed by more well-known names. Olek is not a newcomer to Nebbiolo winemaking for Barbaresco; I have been following him for years, and his bottles are successful, understandable, and enjoyable.
