Parusso Metodo Classico Extra Brut Rosè 100 Mesi 2016 is an extraordinary sparkling wine, offered by the Parusso winery in Monforte d'Alba (a few meters from the border with Castiglione Falletto...). One hundred months is not a short time; only a few great sparkling wines manage to reach this milestone, and this Nebbiolo-based Metodo Classico can join this select group of excellences. I included it on the wine list because the winery is a guarantee and, above all, because I have always loved it and drink it whenever possible.
