Castrum Roche Langhe Rosato 2025

Castrum Roche's Rosato di Nebbiolo: this is how Isacco Costamagna's small winery interprets part of its Nebbiolo production from the La Morra vineyards. I visited Isacco's winery shortly after the release of his first wine, the Langhe Nebbiolo 2021, and I am very happy to offer his wines in my wine shop. Isacco is a very humble young man who doesn't shy away from farm work; in fact, he is grateful every day to be able to tend to the vineyards in the footsteps of those who came before him, not only his ancestors but also his esteemed vineyard neighbors. This sharp Rosato, with a red fruit nose, follows the dynamics of Nebbiolo on the palate with structure and cleanliness.
