Cavallotto Barolo Riserva Vignolo 2018

A beautiful bottle: we are dealing with a great classic from Castiglione Falletto, the Cavallotto winery, which since 1928 has carried on the tradition of Barolo from the Langhe, meaning long fermentation and a long period in large oak barrels. Here, the Cavallotto family moves (just a few meters!) from Bricco Boschis to the Menzione Geografica Aggiuntiva Vignolo. The 2018 vintage is exemplary for its drinkability and, above all, its sensual aromas.
