I met Mirko Gonella through work and was struck by his rigor and precision. This gin can be considered a child of the Langhe because a large part of its botanicals come from here. Even from its color, it's clear that it doesn't aim to be a standard gin, but through infusion, an authentic and unexpected result can be achieved.
