Parusso Langhe Bianco Rovella 2022

Parusso Langhe Bianco Rovella 2022 is one of my favorite white wines from the Langhe region: the Parusso family is consistently demonstrating stylistic coherence and precision, especially with their secondary wines, meaning those that are not Barolo or Nebbiolo. This Rovella is none other than a Langhe Sauvignon Blanc with an elegant touch of oak and the quality of grapes from the small vineyard dedicated to this wine. I also recommend it for cellaring, as it can be at its best even after ten or fifteen years.
