Roagna Barbaresco Montefico Vecchie Viti 2018 is a wine offered by the Roagna winery in only 1192 bottles. The 2018 vintage was not liked by the so-called critics, who found wines less incisive than nearby vintages such as 2017 and 2019, but it succeeded in its aim of offering enveloping and sensual aromas. Luca Roagna knows this very well, and for many of his Barolo and Barbaresco crus, he also focused on Vecchie Viti, obtaining great wines with breadth, depth, and longevity.
